I have maximal trust in direct on-chain transactions. But governance in Proof of Stake systems is a very different beast. These systems are fairly new, so it's a learning and growing experience for everyone.

Government and criminals. Sometimes those are the same persons. :) But for real, in the Netherlands you can request a license for sport- or hunting purposes. On a population of 17M, there's less than 75,000
