That's what Exyle said in the video. But I can't imagine a supermajority of witnesses being OK with that. The whole point is that the Steemit Inc ninja-mined stake is a special case, as up to this point

This is the reality of Delegated Proof of Stake. The elected witnesses can do what they want, provided a supermajority amongst them is there. As the general community, we can only vote with our stake.
