Up at 6. Prepared breakfast, walked dogs. Served breakfast, cleaned apartment. Walked dogs separately. Had breakfast then we walked down to shops, I walked up hill with dogs while my wife was in supermarket. Short walk at teatime then longer walk starting at 8pm.
