I do this more than I want to admit. Today was a good day steps wise, I went to the playground with the little long had to run errands and walked through the store a few times. Lots of running around.

Today was a great day. It was a long day with a 3.5 hour meeting but then after I was able to get active. I was happy to get my 10k by walking running any playing with my daughters. Enjoy this young person
