We live in an era where everyone wants to be rich. Just have to get ahead of each other. If someone goes ahead of us, we will not be tolerated. In fact we can't bear the progress of others.

Instead of jealous we can be happy with the progress of others. But we can't do that. Let alone people, we can't see our friends progress.
Let me give you an example, I remember I was shocked when I listen that my friend got a job. After that I showed that I'm happy even though I was not happy. Why?? Because of jealousy. Well now , I have got rid of this habit. It is a real joy for me to see others succeed.
If God gives someone more than us, then we must be sure that God will give us too. Believe me nothing else goes out of jealousy, we just destroy ourselves. We burn ourselves in jealousy fire.
The solution of get ride of jealousy is just we believe on ourselves, our qualities, our confidence. Instead of jealousy, there should be feeling that someone has progressed, now I work hard and reach this stage.
If we see someone with a good car , we should pray God to give them more and more.
Don't make negative assumptions because they reach us on jealousy. Negative assumptions are definitely going to take you in long way. Do not hate each other and Do not envy each other. We are all humans.

Firstly you need to know about yourself. If you know your values, then You will not get insecure by others. If you know:
Who are you?
what's your reality?
What's your background?
Then you not focus on others. You just focus on yourself. Be productive on social media. Don't show off too much on social media. Don't build inferiority among people's. And beware of jealousy coz jealousy is killing us.
