Facility tour for prospective new tenant. It's good that they did the site survey. They were thinking the office was bigger than it actually is. New lease may fall through. #fm

That's the tricky part. I'd live out in the country or maybe someplace like the Scottish Highlands, if I didn't have to earn a living. My job is a building. So, I'm bound to one place for now.

First thing I do in the mornings is review the building calendar to remind me what is happening today. Then, I look at my calendar and task list. Today doesn't look too busy. I'll be able to get work done.

I'm OK with being outdoors as long as I am prepared to be outdoors. I have a hard time coping with being dressed for office work and sweating outdoors. I guess it's like going to the gym, where you want

Along those lines. On occasion, we'll have somebody pull an all-nighter. But, that's for studying. I doubt those individuals would play games rather than get some rest.

No, it's a co-working space. But, members don't spend all of their time working. The games would mainly be for after hours or weekend use.

Pool is more popular than billiards around here. But, I don't know if I can justify the expense of a pool table to my board of directors.

The value for me is the censorship resistance. Although I don't plan on posting anything offensive, just the idea that somebody can decide that I should remove a post is appalling. I don't see Hive losing
