One advantage of doing the work yourself is that you know where all the wires and pipes are. This can save you time and money in future when you need work done. You would no longer have to guess or cut

A FM is responsible for the health and safety of the building occupants. Also, FMs use the building to help the organization meet its goals. For example, heating and air conditioning keeps occupants

It's a public building, so no security risk in that respect. It's very commercial. We mostly have parking with islands and green space around the edges, mainly grass. I'll post pics later.

The state sends back collected sales taxes to each city in Texas. Our organization receives a portion of the city's sales tax revenue. By increasing sales in the city, our revenue increases too.

In our case, it's more that they earn money. Our funding is primarily from sales tax. Therefore, our goal is to help them increase their sales. Although, we also make money from rent.
