I'm wavering on a similar issue. I have a good job. But my new boss is making it not fun. I am well paid for my job, which makes it challenging to find another that pays better with similar responsibilities.

It sounds reasonable. Commercial products are so much more expensive. As an example, a lockset for my door costs roughly $950. On the other hand, commercial products are more durable.

Generally, yes. As they don't get paid until the job is done. Businesses can get away with this as we generally have to submit invoices to accounts payable, which takes a few days to process. It allows

I had not heard that. I may consider it for my personal life. My profession, however, is mostly about maintaining the property. I think my percentage would be higher at work.

Indeed. I got around to sorting a pile of keys that had collected on my desk. Now they are back in the key cabinet. A bunch of little things like that, which were waiting for a lull in activity.
