This is TiniWorld at Aeon Mall in Long Bien.

This place is great for kids up to 12 years old or more. They also have a nice rock climbing wall, sumo wrestling, rides and concessions. If you get rained out on your travels or need a safe place for the kids to get out energy, this is it.

Games and fun for the whole family.

This machine would suck the balls from the ball pit up into a big bucket and the kids press the button and it dumps out. My son laughed the most I've ever seen.

The slides were pretty fast.

They had more rides like this. Very safe and sturdy and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to go but my boy is under the height requirement.

I had to follow my son up through this maze and it was very strong and clean. I weigh 115kg. No worries.

The best part was the price. We went in the middle of the week and it cost 15,000 VND for me and my son. That's less than 1 dollar. The prices are probably higher on the weekends.

Grab Uber to get there the cheapest (usually). Actually there's a free bus from Times City to Aeon Mall, but I never took it. Aeon Mall has a good food court with street food vendors kind of like they do in Bangkok Malls but not as sophisticated- sit down restaurants and fast food too. Also there is bowling and CGV Cinema, but I haven't done those yet.
