There is a yearly handcraft ”theme” that is chosen here in Finland and I think it was last year when the theme was mending. This kind of visible mending is not my style but I appreciate everyone who mends

Take out it is then because the dough needs at least overnight to develop. Have you considered getting a pizza stone for your regular oven? They are fairly cheap and your homemade pizza game will be elevated
