I just finished a 10.236km run that lasted about 1hh:0mm:12ss !
One has to use all available time slots for a run. As it was this afternoon while my son was at the trampoline practice. I used the good hour to go for a run by Kamniška Bistrica, this time from Šmarca.
First, to the north, u turn back down the river, u turn at Preserje and back to the starting point. I wanted to collect 10 kilometers in an easy tempo which I did.
It was hot and humid in an afternoon's sun. I didn't feel any consequences after yesterday' run which is good.
