I noticed Brooks were running $50-$75 more than comparable brands too. My wife swears by Hoka. She has a tough time finding shoes that work for her but these seem to be her brand. Very nice! It always

Three brands came up consistently as the best as I was doing my research—Brooks, New Balance, and Hoka. I don't have any experience with any of them so I went with the cheapest option. I'll try Brooks
