It's good that you managed to dodge the drinking phase. I was never a heavy drinker but did enjoy the occasional "one too many".

I'm so sorry to hear that, Lizelle. Vertigo can be a horrible experience. I hope you feel better soon. Take care of yourself!

When I was writing this I was thinking about how life was like a three act play. Oh nice! 50 is a milestone, for sure.

That's amazing, @zekepickleman! Crazy how well that works. I never imagined a short poem could result in a song of that length. I think I'll have to explore trying that with more of my poetry. I have about

It's so sad to see these old pubs in this state. It feels like that entire page of history is fading so fast. I see a lot of Brits on X lamenting about how much fun it was to hang out in these places in

Thank you Nancy! Yes—talk about a curve-ball! It would be nice not to have to endure these harsh winters anymore. Enjoy the rest of your weekend, my friend!

Unfortunately they're very sneaky with how this is handled. Most communities get very little say in what is being built. Public hearings are mainly just for show so community members can blow off steam.

It certainly is! As much of a fan of Tesla as I am I saw the environmental impact they had on the Austin area when I was down there for the shareholder meeting in November. The entire area where the

We sure have! The city and media did a very good job of keeping this project quiet until it was nearly approved. We may have reconsidered buying in this area had we known in 2024. That's a great thing

Yes, many of the cities where these are being built aren't requiring the DC's to have independent water/power so they tap into city utilities. Many are proposing DC's to have small modular nuclear reactors

RE: Million Dollar View
The golden era of alt coins were an exciting time and, sometimes, I really miss it. I used to love finding those low cap coins priced under a cent. We were all so wrapped up in the thrill of it. Traditional
