The "polar" is the one I would get, some would argue it's Rolex's last true tool watch. It'll easily be worth 5x current retail price in a few decades. It sounds like you're collectors yourselves!

What a deal! We got a wood pellet stove (Harman P43) last year and have thoroughly enjoyed it this winter. It's saved us about 25% on our heating bill too. This is probably THE best purchase we've made
