A lot of people, I'd say a great majority, are ideologically captured to certain degree. Thank you!

I'm getting the same picture from talking to friends throughout the world about the current state of America. News outlets outside of US don't seem to be conveying the full story, or maybe they aren't

True Nancy! In the beginning it's so much easier to let others do the thinking for us and a lot of folks in the world never graduate beyond that. Thank you! I hope you've enjoyed the weekend....they go

Thank you. The vandalism of Teslas across the world was one of the issues I was thinking of when I wrote this, but there are so many other examples as well.

That's a shame they shaved your ring down like that without asking. Back in the day unscrupulous watchmakers used to do the same thing when people would bring their solid gold-cased watches—the gold dust

I've never tried Five Guys but it looks like I need to! I wonder if they fry in beef drippings? A lot of American fast-food restaurants are making the switch from seed oils to tallow now.

Montreal is one of the few places in the world that have winters worse than Minnesota! The winters here stretch from November through May. Those last couple of months can be soul-crushing. I find winters

I think so too.

Good. I figured you were well-diversified.

According to my calcs I'm down about 7%, overall, based on today's BTC price.

I really don't see how alts will recover, unfortunately. That said, I worry about having all my crypto eggs in one basket though, I'm not going to lie. I invested a little into a BTC hydro-mining operation
