Tengo actualmente 4 años como Terapeuta Ocupacional, y creo que la magia de la carrera es algo impresionante, principalmente por la forma tan holística en la cual trabajamos, abordamos en áreas tan diferentes pero bajo el mismo concepto: la ocupación y el significado que cada actividad tiene para el participante.

I am currently 4 years as an Occupational Therapist, and I think that the magic of the career is something impressive, mainly because of the holistic way in which we work, we approach in so different areas but under the same concept: the occupation and the meaning that each activity has for the participant.

¡Ojo! No llamamos "pacientes" a las personas, sino que le decimos "participantes" ya que están de acuerdo y se mantienen en un estado de vigilia que lo hace parte importante de su propia recuperación.

Hey! We don't call people "patients", but we call them "participants" since they agree and remain in a state of wakefulness that makes it an important part of their own recovery.

¿Qué es la Terapia Ocupacional? Yo misma la definiría como un arte ya que se basa en la creatividad llevada a la rehabilitación para poder ofrecer siempre calidad y bienestar.		What is occupational therapy? I myself would define it as an art since it is based on creativity brought to rehabilitation in order to always offer quality and well-being.
