Update on hived.emre.sh

hived.emre.sh is a public RPC node for HIVE blockchain, and has been running since four months.

• Datacenter is changed. The API is served on a datacenter at Germany, instead of Finland. If you're based in Europe, it should be one of the fastest nodes available for you.
• Response times are better compared to the old setup.
• Hivemind version is updated to the latest develop. I found a couple of issues on Hivemind while updating, but it's all now fixed. (#468, #467)

According to the beacon and my RPC test script, everything looks good. Let me know if you use this public node and see any unwanted behavior.
