Transmitter update: v0.2.10

Transmitter is a CLI tool for HIVE blockchain witnesses. It quickly allows you to enable/disable your witness or set some properties for the new witness_set_properties call introduced in Hard Fork 20. It also supports price feeds.

This was a late update. Better late than never I guess. :) Updating is fairly easy:

$ (sudo) pip install transmitter --upgrade

if you're using via Docker, then rebuild the container. For the usage and options, refer to Github repository. You can check your version with transmitter --version. (It should report transmitter v0.2.10 for this update).
