tagbot is a python bot to automatically curate specific tags based on pre-defined parameters, on the STEEM blockchain. I have got some reports that bot stops the curation rounds in some cases. This changeset is a quick fix to that problem.

Upgrading

(In your virtual environment)

$ pip install steem_tagbot --upgrade

All set. @creativecrypto is already updated to the latest version. Also /cc to @chitty since I know he also runs a bot with tagbot.
