There's not really a minimum, so you can delegate even with 3 HP and receive daily 0,001 PWR dust payments.

Problem with mini-you's is that they eat too much, and it's even a worse problem if they're fans of Tsipras & cia. I'll give it a thought or two, but I assure, I'm not yet ready :)

Those orders were in Hive Engine to prevent anyone from buying dust orders (e.g. 500 hive /pwr). And while I can't stop you from buying them, I recommend you don't, since PWR will be pegged at 1 HIVE at

Hey gayman PWR farming is not yet active, so no need to delegate yet. The target date is Friday, September 8 at the earliest, but I still have a couple of things to sort out so it is not yet confirmed.
