You just have to send whatever amount you want of HBD to @seed-treasury and I'll send you the corresponding SEED in a few hours max (currently the rate is 1:1 so SEED is effectively pegged at the dollar).

Better stick to HBD/HIVE and pay yourself the fees to unwrap swap-hive. I'm not getting a better price than the others and my Bittrex account is locked, so I encourage for that reason to send directly
