Even if a Hive holder resides in the US, I don't understand how voting on such a proposal can affect him (at least not right off the bat). It doesn't seem to me that there is any difference in voting for

Sorry for not making that clear enough. 100 PWR flat, whether in liquidity or wallet. 100 pwr sitting alone OR 100 pwr into the LP (would be 100 HIVE + 100 PWR).

LP stands for ''Liquidity Provider'', which basically means that if you hold PWR into the SWAP.HIVE-PWR pool you're also eligible for some upvotes :)
