Yep, rewards are being spread hourly as you just noticed :) 0,5 hourly between 20 PWR (each PWR is like a lottery ticket). Every winning ticket gets 0,025 PWR. Every hour the cycle repeats :)

~580 hours into it (~80 into the DLC) and I'm enjoying it a lot. heavily recommended. Worth every penny. I still have feelings with @edicted for making me discover cracktorio.
