Hello Hivians, so I just finsined watching the 1917 movie and overall , it’s one of the best movie I’ve seen this year.
WHAT IS THE 1917 movie
The movie 1917 is a movie focused on basically the World War 1 starring George Mackay and Dean-Charles Chapman , as they are given a particular task almost impossible to deliver a message that will eventually cancel a attack which would eventually lead to death of hundreds of soldiers and to do that , they must pass through the German territory ( enemy )
Wow, what can I say? The cinematography , sound and editing tops the lot ! I observed the surrounding while watching each scene and they were utterly brilliant , it felt like I was inside the movie it showed what it really felt like to be on the front lines of a war.
Is it okay for kids to actually watch?
I can’t really say , but the movie had battle violence, use of strong words , there was blood everywhere, limbs missing , soldiers screaming in pain , stabbing. I wouldn’t advice a kid watch this movie.
It’s unbelievable to actually think anyone won’t appreciate the originality, heart and grit of this movie, I’m not going to say much because I don’t want to end up including spoilers for people who haven’t watched the movie.
The movie is based on story told by Lance Corporal ALFRED H. MENDES . Great movie to watch if you haven’t, I’ll surely be watching this movie again anytime soon.
