White win with ♘a8: 1.-♘a8 , … c8= ♘ 2.-♘b6 .. ? And White wins with the move ♖b7 ++ inevitably. A variant would be: 1.-♘ a8, …♖b4 2.-♘b6 .. ? And White wins with the move ♖b7++ inevitably. Another variant

1.-♘b5 … c x♘ 2.-♖ b7+ … ♚c8 3.- ♚b6 … ♖a4 4.-♖c7++ 1-0 Another variant would be: 3.-♚b6 … d5 4.-♖a8++ 1-0

1.♘d5, c1=Q 2.♖b7+, ♚a8 .. o ♚c8 3.♘b6 ++ 1-0

1.♘a8, ♚x♘ 2.♚b6 +, ♚b8 3.♖b7+, ♚c8 4.♖a8++ 1-0 Another variant would be: 1.♘a8, c1=Q 2.♖b7+, ♚c8 3.♘b6++ 1-0 And the other variant would be: 1.♘a8, c1=Q 2.♖b7+, ♚x♘ 3.♚b6 ++ 1-0

I saw the problem and immediately pulled out my old chessboard, because that way I can visualize it and analyze it more accurately.

1.- ♘b5 … ♘xb5 2.- ♖ b7+ … ♚c8 3.- ♚b6 .. ♛a1 4.- ♖a8+ … ♛xa8 5.- c7+ … ♘xc7 1/2-1/2
