The forest is as old as time and since the beginning Death inhabits it and nurtures a favorite tree, which was planted at dawn over a corpse. That was long ago, and the tree has grown huge and has a slight

- Fractal Fiction - Hiding in the Jungle What hides in the jungle? Where do the wildcats go? No one knows for sure. They walk on invisible paths, following trails of ghosts and come together at a clearing

I found these raw fractals fascinating because one of them looks like wool fabric. First time I managed to do something like that so YAY! Too bad the original color was terrible so I got to play with it

A fractal medusa for your delight. I finished this one a few days ago but refrained from posting it until now, and I'm glad I did because I am in a hurry this morning and lately I haven't posted much at

This is a just a simplified detail from my Devi Dancing I posted yesterday. I'm still playing with the image some more on Gimp, so I expect to have a completely different look on it soon. As usual, Sterling2

This one took a life of its own. It became Devi dreaming and dancing at the Big Bang, creating universes... I have created all worlds at my will without being urged by any higher Being, and dwell within

Gosto bastante deste, tem um ar de vitral de casa gótica abandonada e atmosfera fantasmagórica. É o resultado de aplicar novas combinações de transformações e fórmulas. Mais um fractal criado com o Sterling2

Hellish hot here today and storms are being predicted for the evening, so I better get some work done before all that. I bring you fractal underwater landscapes today, so I can pretend I'm in a coral reef

Something simple, pretty and glowing before bed: a raw fractal created with Sterling2 and Gimp. Previously posted to Onstellar.

I started this one yesterday evening in Sterling2 and then switched to Gimp, as usually. This painting by Joan Miró started haunting me until today. I deliberated didn't go look for it online until now...

A cute thorny Hedgehog for your delight! There's a lot of them here, and they come at night to hunt in the backyard or just to nibble at the cat biscuits along with the snails. Last year I took a pic of

I like this one a lot! It is another product of last night's insomnia. It reminds me of a music box doll spinning endless until the box is broken or the music stops. It's different from the things I've

Mais um fractal fresquinho, criado esta madrugada no Sterling2 e Gimp. Por vezes as insónias dão frutos destes. Cores suaves para descansar a vista... Sempre coisas novas para encontrar enquanto navego

Still feeling horribly sick. Everyone else has caught a cold here except for me. Maybe the migraines scare the bugs away, I don't know but I feel like (insert the profanity of your choice here). I think

This is the other piece I was doing yesterday and didn't finish until now. It is going to serve as illustration for a text on dreams I'm posting elsewhere, but I wanted to upload it here first. I wanted

The mathematician pondered at the only blank wall of her room perplexed. Was that particular wall immune to the fungus? They were growing everywhere, mushrooms strangely shaped as flowers, and arrows pointing

This time I bring you a furry aluminium alien spider for your delight. Still experimenting with QR codes. This was a simple one to make, I don't know why it took me so long to actually finish it. Perhaps

I finished this yesterday, or better said around 1 am today but couldn't get the QR Code to be read through a web scan (as I don't have a smartphone). This morning, after many failed attempts I managed

She arrives without making a noise while I am in bed falling into that odd place that exists between dreams and wide awake. The first thing she does, the only thing that announces her presence is her hands

I have a huge horrible migraine and can't do much today. This was previously posted to Onstellar, yesterday. I am not fully happy with how it turned out, because of the lack of smooth edges around the
