A sign that David is growing is that he normally would refuse even to say good morning to a stranger or just limited to the bus driver, recently he socializes more with strangers. I know, I need to be careful with who he starts to connect with, but when I believe it's safe, I let him be.
He now likes to sit beside someone and not just with me and likes to talk with people, even hug them!
I'm not sure if people like it or not, we are so used to being distant due to the Covid mess, but maybe because he's a kid they let him be too.
Today we were waiting for our bus to kindergarten at the bus stop and there was an old lady sitting down waiting as well.
He approaches her and gives her a big hug out of the blue! Of course, everyone's heart melts with this!
"Good job, little one! The world needs more hugs like that!", says the proud mother.
I believe that David made the old lady's day!
She grabs her purse and takes 2 euro coins.
"This is for you to buy some candy!"
He still doesn't understand much about money, but he knows about candy for sure!
Random acts of kindness can be rewarding in so many ways!
