After the dice fail to hit snake eyes 14 times (far less than the average it would take normally)... the killer has to capture 100 TRILLION people and kill them all. Seeing as there are only 8 Billion people on this planet it seems like this plan is going to fail. The conclusion is that 90% will die, but the reality is that 0% will die because the plan is logically impossible... in fact the plan becomes impossible after as few as 2 or 3 rolls of the dice.
