Thanks! I know that metaverse wrestling games would be low-quality compared to existing traditional wrestling video games, so the web3 elements would have to be more emotionally-rewarding. This could be

Agreed 100% on the challenge. Also, much of the current business model is to have the fans separate from the ownership/control of all aspects of the business. Web3, however, shifts some of that balance

Agreed 100%. I just added the Tweets from ECW alumni and those covering ECW at the time regarding their memories of George. Those are now on the home page at I last spoke with him in July and always enjoyed

I will dig through that FAQ soon and make adjustments going forward. Thank you for the suggestions and the resource. This is very helpful as the time I have been able to dedicate to HIVE is learning the

Thank you for your reply. I haven't yet figured out how to manage any earned HIVE rewards which are beneficial to the community. Part of my reading planned for the Holidays is the "HIVE: Complete

Seeing those three, especially Buh Buh and D-Von, take the Dudley name and keep it alive - even after the issue with their names after leaving WWE the first time - is impressive. There were 9 main Dudley

Just to add to the timeline, Paul doesn't show up in ECW until the first TV tapings for "ECW Hardcore TV" in March 1993. These were the shows at Cabrini College and before the building was secured

Thanks! It is interesting to see ECW get mainstream coverage during that era especially for its hardcore style + having come from small sports bar & cabaret shows (1992) less than a decade earlier.

The company's first design for the belt, won first by Jimmy Snuka and then won the next day by Johnny Hot Body, was a near copy of the old Tri-State Wrestling Alliance (TWA) title belt. This likely is

That story was one I wasn't expecting to hear regarding ECW! His sense of humor about the whole situation was great as well.

Everyone who worked with her during that time has said nothing but complimentary things about her and her mind for the business.

I had a chance once to talk briefly with Tommy years after ECW's closing about this. It still caused a degree of discomfort so I simply thanked him for having the guts to stick with the company all the

His entire work in ECW was great, from the "evil referee" angle to his being with Taz until the double-switch at Barely Legal 1997. He then left Sabu and managed RVD through a good portion of

One thing about RVD which no one can disagree is that he stayed consistent with his advocacy for legalization, education and more on the topic. He showed up on national TV news spots to promote the

Thanks! There seems to be so much opportunity, but it could affect the "power dynamic" between talent, the promotion, and fans. Any new web3 initiatives would have to be well-researched; but

Also, all of this was roughly two years before JT Smith became an "Italian" after getting a concussion hitting his head on the floor after his foot caught the top rope on a dive outside. He was

Great way to word that! I met some of the ECW guys in person and was able to laugh at some of the stories which never got told publicly. Hopefully you one day have a similar experience and, if so, that

Great way to articulate it! His "Cane Dewey", "anti-hardcore" and similar promos (solo as well as with Raven) were terrific, I wish that today's wrestling could get that much emotion

Agreed 100%. Some of his promos from that era are still unmatched today in terms of a simple "above the neck", no camera movement promo going at least 2-3 minutes and getting the fans at home

Thank you! ECW had so many hidden gems, especially in the lesser-known eras such as the "Eastern" era (1992-mid 1994) and the final months of the company after the TNN shows ended (Fall 2000
