Delegation doesn't reduce your Voting Power. Since Ecency returns back 100% curation reward back to delegators, you get back your curation reward in liquid HIVE form instead of Hive Power (staked HIVE)

You can switch off notifications in Settings page completely, that shouldn't bother you with notifications if it is not working as intended please do let us know.
