The actual trust is, no one is ever ready for the tough stages of life. The moment you get to realize more that you can't always run away from the lessons of life, instead you only get to postpone them to a time where it seems inconvenient for you, is the early time to start to face reality and also conquer the things that make you feel less of yourself. This is a way I actually used to overcome my low self-esteemness.
