Let's go again, another photo contest on Hive and I'm here again joining a new #POBphotocontest photography contest, for the forth time. This is an initiative of @friendlymoose and this week the new round is dedicated to old, and what can be old? Something nice in a charming old-style.
So here is my new contribution.
OLD-style architecture
When we think of something old, it seems like something worn out that the passage of time has left it looking bad, but it may also have acquired a special charm.
And there are many things, like a building in New York, a vibrant city where we can see different buildings design and architecture styles. This building in the downtown has a verey nice and elegant faรงade in an old-style cool architecture. And as it is old, maybe better a white and black photo that gives it a vintage touch, isn't it?
We look and think of other times, where things were different. It takes us to a time where design counted in an essential way, and because old has an special essence.
Sometimes you don't need much more, there are no sharp metal corners or large glass windows in a modern box like many modern buildings are now. It is a simple image, of a building with its own personality, with its discreet decoration, in harmony and with style, very old school, classic and old style, but we love it.
