I am so happy to create something new for Ecency again! Here is my recent illustration I've done two months back. Idea was to show some of the main benefits for our awesome blockchain network - write/create what you want without any censorship, own your keys and earn some nice tokens.
Started from this simple sketch. After discussing with the team and checking how it will look with background elements we decided to remove office environment and go for a simple abstract blocks design.
This was the final sketch before coloring which I am doing in Adobe Photoshop as usual. My working device is Microsoft Surface Pro 8 for now. You can draw directly on the screen with it's Microsoft Slim Pen 2. It's much better than Pro 4-7 and regular Surface Pen which I had previously. Less laggy and less jitter. Still it's not as smooth and precise as Apple Pencil on iPad Pro but for my work it's nearly perfect.
I've recorded the whole process of creation on video this time and created a cool 1 minute reel which you can check in my instagram page.
