Wednesday's activities.
I got two workouts today. First I had a truck deliver 4 six feet tall pallets of merchandise that was unstacked and toted inside the storage area. The second workout was at the gym after work. I did a 30+ minute workout and called it a day.
I did get in a mile on the treadmill and 20 minutes on weights.
