New is that Steem infrastructure needs to be build in 100s of exchanges for SMTs to be added. Steem volume sucks! On the other hand, useless, PnD coin such as ABBC, Nano, Monacoin and many others thrive

Again, the dumper is a PAL moderator. When they will cash out, the LEO will reach much higher threshold. It would be wise to buy during these last, big, tasty like banana bread dumps :)
