It's a much bigger drop than expected. The explanations I have seen so far point to HF21 reducing author rewards from 75% to 50%, and all posts/comments that would get under 20 STEEM get further reduced,

That's what I hear (2.5 per day for free), but I voted 5 or 6 times, and my downvote potency was still about 50%. I think they mean you can downvote 2 or 3 times per day, without depleting your downvote

I need my videos to remain up and viewable for longer than 3 weeks, so DTube stopped being useful to me a while ago. YouTube is also free, but censors me and collects my data. So I pay 3Speak a few dollars
