Estoy disfrutando de la gastronomía, por eso hoy he preparado estos ricos rollitos de carne, son la combinación de una serie de sabores que permiten obtener un rico plato para degustar en familia. Es una manera diferente de consumir la carne y queda exquisita. Espero que les guste.

Ingredientes:

- Ají
- Pimentón
- Cebolla
- Tomate
- Ajo
- Jengibre
- Laurel
- Cilantro España
- Orégano
- Mostaza
- Salsa de tomate
- Aceite
- Palillos de madera
- Sal al gusto

Preparación/Preparation
Para realizar los rollitos de carne comencé condimentando la carne, para tal fin agregué sal, orégano molido y mostaza. Integré todos los ingredientes y dejé reposar.
To make the meat rolls I started by seasoning the meat, adding salt, ground oregano and mustard. I integrated all the ingredients and let it rest.
Luego piqué cebolla, ají y pimentón en corte tipo Rellené los bistecs, primero coloqué cebolla, ají y pimentón, luego agregué el queso, la tocineta y finalmente una ramita de cilantro.
Then I chopped onion, chili bell pepper and paprika into small pieces. I stuffed the steaks, first I put onion, chili bell pepper and paprika, then I added the cheese, bacon and finally a sprig of cilantro.
Posteriormente envolví la carne para formar los rollitos, ajustando bien de manera de conservar los ingredientes dentro del rollo. Luego lo sujeté con un palillo de madera.
Then I wrapped the meat to form the rolls, adjusting it well so as to keep the ingredients inside the roll. Then I fastened it with a wooden toothpick.
Coloqué una sartén a calentar, le agregué 3 cucharadas de aceite y dejé freír los rollitos de carne.
I heated a frying pan, added 3 tablespoons of oil and fried the meat rolls.
Mientras se fríe la carne realicé la salsa, coloqué a sofreír ajo picado en dos cucharadas de aceite, luego agregué tomate, ají, cebolla, pimentón picado y sal, lo dejé sofreír hasta lograr una cocción adecuada para posteriormente agregar 3 cucharadas de salsa de tomate.
While the meat was frying I made the sauce, I fried chopped garlic in two tablespoons of oil, then I added tomato, chili, onion, chopped paprika and salt, I let it fry until it was properly cooked and then I added 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
Para finalizar la salsa le agregué unas cucharadas de agua ya que estaba muy espesa, luego agregué el laurel, orégano y jengibre, lo dejé hervir por un minuto para luego agregar los rollitos de carne, bajé el fuego y lo dejé en cocción por 5 minutos, para culminar le agregué cilantro picado.
To finish the sauce I added a few tablespoons of water as it was very thick, then I added the bay leaf, oregano and ginger, I let it boil for a minute and then added the meat rolls, I lowered the heat and let it cook for 5 minutes, to finish I added chopped cilantro.
