It felt like alot of details r missing, but emotions r conveyed completely so OKAY! 🤗❤️

I am not sure if 5 hours would be enough. So anyone reading this, one after another we together solved whatever was troubling thoughts and kept on going till we helped self explore Gulam Abbas true self.

I am not a trained professional (but did completed men mental health books) but just active listening and pure intentions somehow did everything.

Like my Sensei says, in recovering the most important part is played by the person recovered.
(It's not I did it, it's WE did it)

So applause to Gulam Abbas for having the courage to ask his all the past traumatic questions and figured out it's answers. I was just a wall listening to him and navigating the directions so he can brainstorm freely without being judged.
