yeah that red patch on the elbow screams fresh and stingingly painful

oh I see must admit that I am a little like that too even as an adult. Thanks for the kid words

I think this pixel guy is a homesteader or farmer

This is a meerkat right? I can imagine this in a picture book

Hello @hiddenshadows it is nice to have you here and welcome. Make yourself comfortable ! Your drawing has a very clear and easy to understand style. The clean lines and solid colors make everything distinct.

your characters are always whimsical and cute to say the least

now mr pixel guy is no longer sad

one of the challenging art style bec of the limitations of the pixels but you are doing great here

love the spirit keep it up and congratulations

there was too much brown

Neat character just like how I said it in the community page keep it up

the rug looks so tactile for my toes

yeah those tails look fancy and the dips would surely make the bland taste better

is it a fish character? I love what I see here hope you can share the finished version

I am seeing a wall graffiti or maybe an art inspired by an old Chinese illustration on parchment?

you got some of the brief right and this is a true desert nomad from the looks of it quite interesting character too

This has a bit of a surrealist undertone to it: the clock, the tiny desk, and the drawer-guy create a really bizarre and interesting scene.
