RE: The Trainwreck That is Real Estate in the USA!
One of my best friends growing up lived in 3 bedroom house in a fairly affluent Seattle neighborhood. Compared to other near by homes it wasn’t very well maintained. And while the neighborhood is affluent,

I mean… if Jenn were to find a nice guy and invite me to her wedding I’d go to New Jersey for that. 😉

It was a lovely night. I think these kids will make it long term. But only time will tell. You don’t think you will ever get hitched again?

RE: Ringing in the New Year
We found out at the wedding that the groom’s parents also got married on New Year’s Eve! 36 years prior. Funny thing to have a shared anniversary with your parents and in-laws.

Thank you! 🥰 10 years?!!! Ugh… what a thing to have had 10 years without your mom. Doesn’t seem right nor fair. I hope you can still feel her love around you and see parts of her living in you. I miss

I only wish I had a little person to keep passing these traditions to after me. Maybe the dachshunds will keep them alive? 🙃 😄 I hope you had a nice Christmas too. I was at an antique store on the Oregon
