Doors and windows in Prague.
Every time I go through the folders on my computer I always wonder how many photos I have with doors and even windows. Especially with wooden.
The folder from Prague is no different. On the contrary. Prague offers incredibly rich and diverse architecture. Romantic, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Rococo facades all the way to Cubism and functionalism.
And why doors?
Windows and doors have come a long way in "evolution". Over the centuries, they have changed and gained an artistic line (then they lost it again馃槓) and not just the original role of protection against intruders and weather.
Doors and windows give a face to the building. 馃槏馃樁
Actually, I do not know why the doors and windows.
Some people use words, others use light to say what they feel.
