We refer those people who have higher influence in upvoting as whale. Those who have enormous steem power will one day get paid by people to give them an upvote on their blog eventually. I've seen people with a single vote could give 10-20 steem dollars or maybe more. This could be a very lucrative for the "whales" and there's nothing we can do about it because it's their rights to have a vote. Selling their upvote for cash. Wish I will be a whale one day as well. LOL.
