Yeah, people get SO wrapped up in their own stories... which is technically speaking fine, as long as that story doesn't also require that everyone else start complying with their reality!

That's always been my preference, as well. Just leave me ALONE! I really don't feel very compelled to get bogged down in other people's addiction to chaos.

Yeah, that old truism of "history repeating itself" seems to be looming rather large at the moment... it has been just about long enough that everyone who actually experienced WWII and the buildup

For me, the great danger of Putin is that he most likely isn't entirely sane, and giving a madman access to nuclear weapons... that's scary!

Hopefully they will... the past 2-3 years have definitely had a lot more downs than ups, but we can only hope that tide will turn!

And I definitely will continue blogging here because I very much enjoy the community and the interaction!
