I am not terribly bothered by changes... and long as they make reasonably good sense. But yes, sometimes we simply have to adapt to what comes along, in order to survive.

RE: After a week in Zurich: new perspectives - changing habits
Even though you covered a lot of ground with this post, there was something very peaceful and grounding about reading your words. Perhaps what we all seek is our own version of a vibrant life. And maybe

RE: Some Days, I'd Rather Just Keep it Simple!
I find that to be true, too. Planting (and growing) things is also close to my best kind of "meditation." At least, it's very peaceful and I feel better at the end of the day.

Well, thank you for saying that! I don't do many "short posts" like this, but this little family seemed worthy.

Yes, that was a special treat... they don't often come so close to the house when they are babies... although the adults in spring will come right up and eat our tulips!

Very true words... a positive attitude, and living from a place of gratitude.

RE: Psychology and Living: What Can We Learn From Dreams?
Thanks for sharing @neyxirncn, very interesting dream! The idea of abductions is both fascinating and frightening, at the same time. A good friend who lives here in our neighborhood is a former MUFON director

RE: Psychology and Living: What Can We Learn From Dreams?
Thanks @artemislives! Whereas I do remember a lot from the dreamtime, I haven't really experimented very much with lucid dreaming... it's one of those things I "might get around to" one of these

RE: My Computer has Been Restarted, with "Important Updates!"
I suppose people just have different approaches. Some are "scanners" who are 24/7 scanning their surroundings for threats. Others are aware that threats my exist, but respond as those threats

RE: Blockchains and Decentralization: Yes, But Does it add any VALUE?
Yes, well... I do get the bit about the "tulip delusion." Undoubtedly, 99% of the blockchain space exists purely as pie-in-the-sky. The other 1% may have some merit. Let's face it... people still

RE: A Mindful and Authentic Life: The Pursuit of What's Meaningful to Us
Yes, I believe the mind-body-spirit connection is really important... and whereas I can't disagree that it's important to stay grounded in reality... we should not be afraid of also taking care of the

In truth, not a whole lot. Retrospectively, it added more frustration than joy to our existence... I miss the interaction with the very creative types sometimes, and I miss meeting other art lovers

I agree, Paul... and I would add that it's also a good thing that people are being pushed towards having to "sit with themselves" more than normally... perhaps a chance to reflect on — and

I'd like to think personal betterment — including in the spiritual realms — is something a large number of people aspire to... although I often find myself baffled by how many actually don't care and just
