Hoy quiero compartir el paso a paso de como hice este delicioso arroz frito, es delicioso, fácil de hacer y a todos les encanta.
Today I want to share the step by step of how I made this delicious fried rice, it is delicious, easy to make and everyone loves it.
Para hacer este arroz necesitamos:
- arroz.
- aceite.
- salchichas.
- carne.
- salsa de soya.
- ajo.
- sal.
- pimienta.
- cebollín.
- cebolla.
- zanahoria.
- repollo.
To make this rice we need:
- rice.
- oil.
- sausages.
- meat.
- soy sauce.
- Garlic.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- chives.
- onion.
- carrot.
- cabbage.
El cebollín lo picamos finamente y agregamos bastante ya que aporta gran sabor a nuestro arroz.
We chop the chives finely and add a lot as it adds great flavor to our rice.
Aquí tenemos el cebollín y el repollo. Yo pique un repollo entero, finamente.
Here we have chives and cabbage. I chop a whole cabbage, finely.
Aquí ya tenemos todos los ingredientes listos. El arroz lo vamos a freír bien antes de colocar el agua, como era gran cantidad lo prepare en dos partes. Y todo lo cortamos finamente, la cebolla, la zanahoria. Y cocinamos la carne y la salchicha.
Here we already have all the ingredients ready. We are going to fry the rice well before adding the water, as it was a large quantity, I prepared it in two parts. And we cut everything finely, the onion, the carrot. And we cook the meat and the sausage.
Lo que hicimos luego de que el arroz no este tan caliente le agregamos bastante salsa de soya hasta que esté bien pintado el arroz y no esté blanco.
What we did after the rice is not so hot, we add a lot of soy sauce until the rice is well painted and it is not white.
Ahora agrego la cebolla.
Now I add the onion.
Agrego la zanahoria una vez ya la cocinamos.
I add the carrot once we already cook it.
Las salchichas y la carne la cocinamos juntas y ahora la agregamos al arroz.
We cook the sausages and the meat together and now we add it to the rice.
Por último agregamos el repollo y el cebollín. Y ya nuestro arroz está listo.
Finally we add the cabbage and chives. And our rice is ready.
