Rapists should be punished...

That’s the problem here sis. Capital punishment is not there. The culprits are doing this heinous crime using the banner of ruling party. I am really in fear to go out with my wife and kids in this situation. No place is safe now. It is high time to voice out everyone like you. Thanks.
