Tools I use:
Windows 7 computer, Wacom Cintiq 13HD and Clip Studio Paint and duration time 4 hours.
Creation Process
Place the creature in the center of the canvas and hide the layer
Make a Background Sketch
Create a line art background
Add a base color below the line art background
Add gradient shading to change the color of each object
Add lighting
Final Render with the Grass Racoon character
Final Render is just a background without the Grass Racoon character
