If you use adguard or adblock then peakd and ecency may show issues while posting. Inleo does not have any issues but I dont enable adblocker here despite that.

Codex gives you 7 days worth of quota and it keeps on filling up or down based on usage. Codex is pretty decent with usage pattern for Go plans.
