Chinese phones works like this. You buy phone with this years android and it survives 2 cycles. android 14 phone would give android 16 final update. then phone becomes slow, no new updates.

Forced you can say as old phone is not getting upgrades so by the 2026 it would become useless slow phone as is on android 13.

a lot. use their cloud API to add into Cline, Cursor or any other IDE which allows API to be included.. lot of free models hosted and regular API paid service too. and best part you can run local desktop

The most cheapest AI to run on desktop has to be with the Ollama. Lot of free models.
