More datacenter means more noise. if you are getting real estate near datacenter, run away. fans, vaccum cleaner , generators and what not all collectively make noise.

Letta Code CLI is a good start to work for the AI memory. So in that context I would say that with gpt and claude it can be used.

I have not found a single place where I could find the sakana fugu free to try. So I have not tested it yet.
